Full Job Description
This person builds the solution and works with the business day to day inside a pod. The Solution Architect owns the design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule, so this seat is focused on building well. Key Responsibilities • Build the features. Full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models. • Work with users. Sit with the business day to day and build with them. • Keep quality up. Tests and evaluations on everything that ships. • Take design direction. From the Solution Architect, and flag what the design misses. Preferred Qualifications • Some RAG and agent experience, plus exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines). • Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0. • Front-end skills. • Healthcare or higher education exposure. • AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102. General Required Skills • 3 to 5 years building software or AI. • Python, and AWS or Azure. • A strong builder who is comfortable working with the business. • Healthcare seats are onshore; the EDR and other seats are in India. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
