Full Job Description
Budget Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA . This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serves as the functional point of contact and financial liaison for a program/portfolio, provides budget execution support, and monitors day-to-day budget/financial issues with widely varying needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Collaborates with budget analysts and program stakeholders internal and external to the organization to create, coordinate, and consolidate program review products and budgetary data for Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution cycles
  • Provides advice, assistance and guidance on financial accounting and related information while conducting analyses, reviews and special studies of budget and/or related information.
  • Uses budgetary and other proprietary automated system(s) and computer-
    generated products in accomplishing execution support.
  • Provides detailed updates on the status of documents and any execution issues to government stakeholders as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree (preferably in a financial or business discipline) or 2 years of additional years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience using a federal financial/accounting system, preferably with updating accounts, records, reports, and controls
  • Solid understanding of the budget execution process at the individual document level


Clearance Requirements:
  • Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
  • SSBI completed within the past 6 years


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasionally moves throughout the office to access equipment and materials
  • Frequently communicates with coworkers, management, and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
