Broker II - Crisis Management Group

Aon is pleased to offer an exciting career opportunity for a Broker II on the product recall and contamination team within Aon's Crisis Management Department.

This role can be worked from any location in the U.S.

What the day will look like
  • Provide optimal and timely support to clients, relationship managers and originators
  • Identify and analyze client exposures
  • Facilitate the compilation of submission information and submit them to the market
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services, developing productive business relationships with key insurance underwriters
  • Provide status updates and continuous support and service to clients during entire placement process and entire period of engagement by client
  • Drive utilization of all available technology throughout placement process and client service process, including managing files for each client or prospect.
  • Understand the causes of E&O and avoid and adopt practices to reduce exposure
  • Adhere to all best practices
  • Retain and grow assigned clients/prospects
  • Recognize and develop opportunities
  • Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior in all activities

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $135,000 - 185,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
