The T-Mobile Home Internet Product Marketing team is looking for a Hardware Product Portfolio Strategy Manager who9s ready to own the vision for our hardware lineup. This includes the Wi-Fi gateways sitting in millions of homes, mesh access points, connected home devices, and accessories that make T-Mobile Home Internet the best experience in the market.
This isn9t a 44manage the roadmap45 role. This is a 44define what9s possible, make the case for it, and drive it to market45 role. You9ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and marketing-shaping products across both our 5G and Fiber Home Internet businesses, influencing engineering teams, and leading go-to-market launches that make noise.
We are looking for someone who obsesses over unmet customer needs, gets energized by complexity, and knows how to turn technical specs into real business value.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the portfolio vision. Define which hardware products belong in T-Mobile9s lineup and why-grounded in customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
- Bridge the business and engineering gap. Partner with product and engineering to translate customer experience goals into technical requirements.
- Build the business case. Develop pricing strategies, volume forecasts, and financial models for new products. Identify opportunities to drive cost efficiencies and ARPU growth across the portfolio.
- Plan for what9s next. Shape the roadmap for future product generations-staying ahead of competitive and technology shifts in broadband, consumer electronics, and connected home.
- Lead the launch. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including positioning, value props, and RTBs. Rally cross-functional teams across integrated marketing, retail, e-commerce, PR, and supply chain to deliver launches that land.
- Scale smart. Define strategies for expanding the portfolio across multiple facets of our business while driving efficiencies across supply chain, demand planning, and fleet management.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor9s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience. Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science
- 5 years in Category Management, Product Planning, Portfolio Management, or Corporate Strategy-with a track record of making data-driven decisions that move the business forward
- 5 years of product or category management experience in consumer electronics, consumer hardware, broadband technologies, or similar
- Proven ability to build annual business plans that include financial impact assessments, forecasting, and multi-year roadmaps
- Strong technical acumen-comfortable advocating for specific feature requirements alongside product and engineering teams
- Experience working with supply chain and demand planning to develop forecasts across volume, revenue, and cost
- A history of establishing KPIs and driving accountability across cross-functional teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset-you spot gaps before others do and build solutions that scale
- You9re as comfortable in a data set as you are in a strategy presentation. Ambiguity doesn9t slow you down-it energizes you

Base Pay Range: $93,700 - $169,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate9s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee9s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
