Ideal Candidate- Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hospital medicine experience
- Prior leadership experience as medical director, associate director, chief hospitalist, or similar role preferred but not required
- Proven success in quality improvement and physician engagement
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and operational leadership skills
- Passion for mentoring physicians and advancing patient-centered care
