Job DescriptionYour opportunityYou are accountable for the sales performance and daily execution of the store, driving the business through the implementation of Retail Excellence guidelines, training, clienteling, and sales team development. You support the Store Director in ensuring operational excellence and a consistent in-store experience. When the Store Director is absent, you oversee the store population and all related activities.
How you will contribute- Work closely with the Store Director to drive and maximize sales performance, ensuring daily and weekly objectives are achieved
- Ensure daily sales targets are met through effective planning, floor presence, and team direction
- Lead daily morning meetings and coach store staff on the floor, observing behaviors and providing ongoing feedback aligned with Retail Excellence guidelines
- Support selling team members in developing their skills through qualitative and quantitative feedback, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment
- Identify talents in the store and, partnering with the Store Director, support development actions
- Drive clienteling activities with a proactive approach, ensuring consistent use of CRM tools and delivery of high-quality customer service
- Act as a point of reference for the team, supporting onboarding, sharing best practices, and solving day-to-day issues
- Analyze sales results and KPIs with the Store Director and support the execution and follow-up of action plans
- Guarantee appropriate floor coverage and zoning, organize daily activities, delegate responsibilities, and monitor results
- Ensure consistent product knowledge and support training initiatives aligned with seasonal collections
- Support omnichannel and e-commerce activities in partnership with relevant stakeholders
- Partner with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations, including stock management and tailoring activities
Who you are- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, ideally in a boutique environment
- At least 2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus
- Strong commercial awareness and solid business acumen
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems
- Flexible to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
