About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Brand Strategist to own brand engagements from discovery through execution. You'll work alongside UX designers, writers, developers, and project managers to help organizations define who they are and how they show up online.

This is a senior role. You'll lead client relationships, run workshops, and produce the strategy work yourself.
  • Lead brand discovery: stakeholder interviews, workshops, competitive research, and positioning
  • Conduct user and market research to understand audience motivations and unmet needs
  • Build brand platforms: mission, vision, values, voice, messaging hierarchy, and narrative
  • Translate brand strategy into digital execution, including sitemaps, wireframes, and content frameworks
  • Partner with design and content teams to keep brand intent consistent through creative development
  • Present work to clients, facilitate decisions, and manage feedback with confidence
  • Contribute to proposals and new business development
  • Look for ways to improve how the strategy team works

What we're looking for
