What you will doAs a Brand Manager, you will act as a business leader to drive growth on your brand through strategies and executions with a truly global impact. The US will serve as the lead market, but this role is expected to champion Maui Moisture across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, working closely with the OUS deployment lead to ensure plans support the brand's growth outside the US as well. You will also be responsible for launching new brands in the North American market by strategizing and executing market entry launch plans.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing a multi-year strategic business plan for your brand that is anchored in the US lead market while enabling scalable growth across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
- Launching new products and building comprehensive go-to-market plans, including pricing and merchandising strategies, that can be adapted across priority global markets.
- Contributing insights on business case inputs for the longer-term innovation pipeline, including opportunities to support OUS deployment and market-specific needs.
- Crafting globally consistent, locally adaptable marketing communications (e.g. Sampling, Healthcare Professionals, Consumer Promotions planning, Budget management, R&D claims, etc) and impactful media plans with external agency partners, the Content & Communications team, regional partners, and the Megabrand team.
- Diagnosing and analyzing business performance across the US lead market and key global markets to ensure sufficient new product tracking and post-campaign reporting to inform activation planning.
- Partnering with Consumer Business Intelligence partners to uncover category, competitor, consumer, and retail customer insights across priority markets that drive business recommendations.
- Own workflow for foundational display artwork and claims approval process, ensuring materials support US execution while considering requirements for EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and other OUS markets, as well as partner with team on forecasting inputs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners including Customer Strategy, Innovation, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Global, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, regional market teams, and the OUS deployment lead to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short- and long-term sales and profit commitments.
What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field.
- 6+ years of brand management & marketing experience.
- Experience working on new product forecasting, insights gathering, and business case development.
- Experience working cross functionally with sales, trade customization, research partners, and regional stakeholders to bring innovation to market.
- Experience with bringing activations to life via customer, media, influencer partnership.
- Experience partnering with global, regional, or local market teams to shape brand plans, innovation, or commercialization strategies beyond a single market.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners across geographies and time zones.
- Global or multi-market brand management experience, with demonstrated ability to translate a lead-market strategy into relevant regional plans.

What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$124,100.00 - $175,200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
