Overview

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive growth across a portfolio of premium brands. This position combines brand building, supplier partnership management, and data-driven decision-making to enhance market presence and business performance. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful marketing programs and achieve brand objectives.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

Brand Strategy & Planning
  • Lead comprehensive brand analysis to assess market position, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
  • Define and evolve brand positioning and architecture
  • Own annual brand planning process, including development, cross-functional alignment, briefing, and execution
  • Develop clear and effective creative briefs aligned with brand strategy; lead relationships with PR, creative, and social media agencies

Supplier Relations
  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for supplier partners, including family-owned brands and international producers
  • Manage forecasting and order planning in partnership with supply chain and suppliers to ensure consistent product availability
  • Monitor inventory levels, depletion trends, and lead times to pro-actively identify and mitigate supply risks
  • Deliver regular performance reporting to suppliers, including sales, distribution, and program effectiveness insights

Data, Insights & Performance Tracking
  • Leverage syndicated and internal data sources to analyze market trends, pricing, distribution, and competitive dynamics
  • Monitor brand and SKU performance using internal tools, including sales, distribution, promotional effectiveness, and reorder rates

Financial Management
  • Own brand P&L and understand financial drivers to inform pricing, investment, and growth decisions
  • Develop and manage annual brand budgets aligned to strategic priorities and ROI expectations

Marketing & Communications
  • Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, trade, and experiential channels
  • Plan and execute events (local, regional, national) that bring brand positioning to life for consumers and trade
  • Oversee development and deployment of POS and in-market tools in collaboration with creative teams and agencies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and supplier partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not required
  • Experience in brand management with alcohol beverage preferred; CPG experience with a demonstrated wine interest will be considered
  • Superior analytical skills with strong financial/business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with high internal motivation
  • Willingness to travel and participate in after-hours brand events
  • Strong computer skills are a MUST (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Some lifting or physical activity may be necessary


Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base compensation range for this job classification is between $90,000 and $100,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is dependent on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
