Full Job Description
As our Brand Manager of Innovation, you will lead the launch of several innovations while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers and our retailer partners. You will lead market research, competitive analysis and forecasting to prioritize innovation and will own project timelines, key milestones and project status tracking. You will foster new ideas and lead the team in bringing innovation to market successfully while creating industry leading products and mission innovation that shape our growth strategy. In this role you will: • Project Management - Develop and manage timelines and key milestones to achieve successful product launches. Support in cross-functional project management, and communication of project status across the organization. • Data Analysis & Market Research - Lead on market, competitive, and consumer research projects to help support your innovation projects and product optimization. Provide and implement business recommendations to internal stakeholders from your analysis of consumer insights and industry data. Build and maintain analytical models and reporting templates (Excel, dashboards, automation tools) to streamline monthly and weekly project tracking, forecasting updates, and insights delivery. Currently, all employees are expected to be in the office two days per week at minimum, with Tuesday and Thursday as our anchor days. In addition to this, each month our Leadership team dedicates three consecutive days onsite to continue to foster alignment and connection across the team. During this time we expect everyone to join us in person to do the same. Please note: our hybrid approach may evolve over time as we adapt to the needs of our team and business. Compensation: The hiring range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 annually, with final compensation thoughtfully aligned to your experience, skills, and the value you bring.
