Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Sling TV Brand Marketing team is accountable for driving the brand strategy, planning, messaging and consistency across the marketing organization. A big component of brand marketing includes the designing and execution of the experience plans. These campaigns are used to create a strong brand halo that improves perception and ultimately drives new customer acquisition.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Lead annual brand planning, communication plans, and strategic content pillar development from inception through deployment
- Lead Brand TV and digital advertising campaigns, including creative asset development, creative brief creation, financial business cases, internal routing, consumer testing, and video production
- Act as the primary point of contact for creative agency partners to develop integrated creative ideas and experience plans that span the consumer journey; lead the SOW development process for project-based or Agency of Record (AOR) partners and manage weekly status meetings
- Partner with Go-to-Market and other cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategic marketing initiatives; collaborate with the Consumer Insights team and internal agencies to develop marketing messages and claims for new products, services, and offers
- Manage the brand marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, accruals, and optimization of total brand spend
- Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to help them reach their full potential and achieve career growth

- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven data analysis or marketing automation tools to optimize campaign strategy and execution
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, production, or campaign management (must include TV production experience)
- 2-4 years experience managing teams
- Required Technical Skills:
- End-to-end complex brand campaign management
- Creative agency partnership and workflow management

Salary RangesCompensation: $96,250.00/Year - $158,125.00/Year
