POSITION OVERVIEW

The Brand Specialist is responsible for guiding guests through the vehicle purchase process with clarity, confidence, and hospitality.

This is not a pressure-based sales role. It's a consultative, relationship-driven position where preparation, follow-up, and integrity win long term. You'll work with a strong leadership team, structured processes, and steady traffic in a market that values trust.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and assist guests in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
  • Present features, benefits, and financing options clearly and professionally
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-up
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross objectives
  • Deliver a seamless handoff to F&I and service teams
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac product lines

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
  • Consistent monthly unit production
  • 90%+ CRM follow-up compliance
  • Strong CSI and guest satisfaction scores
  • Professional appearance and on-time performance
