Overview

Who we're looking for:

Lexus College is seeking a passionate, highly motivated Brand and Leadership Education Manager to educate, engage, and inspire learners.

Lexus College creates and delivers educational training for internal Lexus team members and dealership associates, including:

  • Researching and developing learning content
  • Producing and implementing training programs
  • Supporting, maintaining, and delivering ongoing education


Reporting to the Senior Manager for Lexus College, this role will lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs that advance enterprise priorities and strengthen the Lexus brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly organized, and engaging learning leader who can collaborate across functions, build strong internal and external partnerships, and execute large-scale training initiatives with excellence.

This person will bring a passion for brand ambassadorship, employee engagement, and leadership development, along with the ability to create compelling communications and marketing campaigns that drive event awareness, participation, and impact. They will manage multiple programs and communication channels, including newsletters, registration tools, and promotional content, while keeping dealership, Area, and HQ teams aligned.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong fiscal responsibility, and the ability to manage programs within budget while shaping future strategy. Above all, they will bring the energy, professionalism, and creativity needed to connect people to the Lexus brand and inspire meaningful development across the organization.

What you'll be doing

Program Strategy and Leadership
  • Design leadership development curriculum aligned with enterprise priorities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute large-scale, multi-city training events
  • Lead the strategy, development, and production of Elevate and Elevate Fusion training programs for Lexus dealership leaders and core teams
  • Guide Elevate's transition to an "Always On" model with year-round engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership on budget planning, program priorities, and long-term strategy
  • Provide leadership and direction to business partner team members to meet defined goals, objectives, and performance expectations.


Engagement, Communications, and Marketing
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that increase awareness, participation, and engagement, including contests, promotional materials, and sizzle reels
  • Manage the monthly Elevate Insights newsletter for more than 20,000 dealership associates, Area teams, and HQ managers
  • Maintain registration trackers and communication channels to keep Area and dealership teams informed and aligned


Brand Ambassadorship and Facilitation
  • Serve as a Lexus brand ambassador, helping TMNA associates connect with the Lexus brand and explore internal career development opportunities
  • Facilitate bi-weekly Lexus brand training for new TMNA team members
  • Develop branding materials that support cross-functional initiatives, including manufacturing plant teams
  • Support alignment between Lexus College, Area teams, HQ stakeholders, and external partners.


Fiscal Responsibility

  • Partner with leadership on annual budget planning and resource allocation
  • Manage programs within approved budgets while supporting future program strategy


What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Instructional Design, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience developing content and managing adult learning or leadership development programs from concept through execution
  • Understanding of automotive wholesale operations and retail dealership business models
  • Advanced experience with research and development, live and self-paced training delivery, and production across multiple media formats, including hands-on vehicle demonstrations and ride-and-drive events
  • Strong knowledge of customer service practices, customer expectation management, and emerging industry trends
  • In-depth knowledge of training frameworks and certification programs
  • Strong understanding of leadership principles within the retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact training and facilitate professional development sessions
  • Ability to Travel Up to 20%
