Join us as a Luxury Leisure Travel Advisor III to craft bespoke global itineraries-tours, cruises, and customized international programs-delivering world-class service powered by Sabre expertise, ClientBase precision, and trend-forward destination insight.

As a Luxury Leisure Travel Advisor III in our team, your primary responsibilities will include selling tours, cruises, travel packages, customized international programs insurance and other travel services. You will collaborate with clients to determine their needs and advising on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, accommodations and costs. You will attend travel seminars to remain up to date with tourism trends.

Job responsibilities:
  • Provide world class customer service
  • Designing global detailed itineraries and keep up to date on trending travel destinations
  • Utilizing Sabre to book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payments and fees
  • Entering and maintaining data in ClientBase
  • Manage a demanding workload, as well as following up with clients and providing a premium level of service
  • Multitask, assist where needed, maintain a strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure


Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • 5+ years in the travel industry experience together with use of a Global Distribution System; Sabre
  • Strong sales skills and proven work experience as a travel agent
  • Excellent understanding of cruises, tour packages and FITs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to sell international customized programs, tours and cruises
  • Impeccable listening skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment
