Job SummaryThe Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Managers to achieve branch sales objectives, drive customer retention, and expand market share. This role provides strategic direction, performance management, and day-to-day leadership while ensuring exceptional customer service and profitable growth. The Branch Sales Manager works closely with customers, sales professionals, and branch leadership to strengthen client relationships, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers.
- Establish sales goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
- Drive revenue growth through customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Support and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and branch performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and onboard sales team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Collaborate with operations and management to ensure exceptional customer service and execution.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
