Full Job Description
PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Program Analyst with experience in full lifecycle project management in support of our customers located in St. Inigoes, MD.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supports and works directly with the Government Project Leads (GPLs) in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.
  • Develops cost estimates work breakdown structure (WBS) in MS Project/Excel
  • Develop spend plans to estimate phased execution plans of anticipated project budgets.
  • Develop project structures in Navy ERP.
  • Reviewing incoming and outgoing funding documents.
  • Provides analysis of Navy ERP expenditures.
  • Provides weekly updates to Project Cost Reports.
  • Communicates timelines and prioritizes tasking with the team.
  • Coaches, Teaches, Trains, and mentor's other analysts.


Qualifications:
  • Of the required three (3) years of experience, at least two (2) years of experience required in a business or technical position in a project management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects risks, tracking, and defining mitigations.
  • Knowledge of FAR, CLINS/SLINS/ACRN Structures, TDLs, Task Orders mandatory.


Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree. No degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories.
  • Associates degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
