We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for our LA Branch located in Cypress, CA.
Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will:- Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
- Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
- Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
- Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.
Required QualificationsThe successful candidate's background will include: - Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
- Good customer service skills
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- SAP experience preferred
This is a salary position, with an annual range of $75,000-$95,000 to commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a health and wellness program.
