Branch Manager - Guelph, ON

Build a Strong Team. Drive Performance. Lead the Business.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Branch Manager has overall responsibility for the performance of the branch, including operations, production, sales and customer relationships, quality, safety, inventory, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and financial performance.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, developing customer relationships, and taking ownership of business results. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the success of the facility while working with a Canadian organization with a strong presence in the infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

What You'll Do

As Branch Manager, you will provide leadership and direction across the facility while ensuring the branch operates safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customers and results.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and develop the team by providing clear direction, coaching, support, and accountability across customer service, production, and operations.
  • Own branch performance, including the development and management of the annual operating budget and achievement of operational and financial objectives.
  • Plan and optimize production to meet current and forecasted customer demand while maximizing the effective use of labour, materials, equipment, and capacity.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring employees follow company policies, safe work practices, and applicable health and safety legislation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, equipment performance, product quality, working conditions, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Support and participate in the facility's quality management processes and promote a culture of quality throughout the operation.
