About the Position:

In this position, you will provide central/focused leadership at our Mount Vernon, WA Branch and be responsible for making the operations of the branch team function. You will be developing a customer orientated organization that produces good value in terms of product and services. In this position, you will manage the operations of the business to achieve the best possible return on investment for the ownership and be responsible for overall branch operations and in charge of the utilization and maintenance of all company operational assets and property to ensure they are protected and kept in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage branch personnel while promoting our products and services to our valued customers.
  • Ensure strong relationships are maintained with our customers.
  • Responsible for meeting sales growth in the Parts and Service Department and coordinating customer calls with our Sales Team monthly. Ensure customer service issues are addressed promptly with a positive outcome.
  • Assign workloads, manage expense hours, and establish clear direction for your staff to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service to our customers.
  • Ability to understand budgets, analyze branch financial data, and maintain operational metrics.
  • Ability to direct and delegate staff and establish and maintain accountability.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years or more managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively motivate staff.
  • Ability to work on Microsoft Office products essential.
