Why we'll love You:- You have 5+ years of registry experience combined with 3-5 years of leadership or management experience
- You're a proven leader with a track record of achieving sales, growth, and retention targets while developing engaged, high-performing teams
- You have advanced knowledge of registry products and services, along with a Level 3 Registry Clerk Certification from the Association of Alberta Registry Agents
- You're confident using operational data and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions and improve branch performance
- You build strong relationships through exceptional communication, collaboration, and a client-first approach while leading through change with resilience and accountability
Once here, you'll:- Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring an exceptional client experience while achieving revenue, retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
- Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire your team through regular performance conversations, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
- Monitor branch performance by preparing and presenting key performance reports, making recommendations that support company goals and operational excellence
- Manage branch financial performance, including payroll margins, salary budgets, accounts receivable, and new sales initiatives
- Collaborate with regional leadership, Service Alberta, government partners, and other business leaders to ensure compliance, operational consistency, and continued business success
