You will also be instrumental in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships.
CompensationBase pay: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (paid in two installments after 30 days and 3 months of continuous employment)

- Oversee daily operational efficiency, including asset protection, audit compliance, and security measures.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate team members through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Represent the branch in community activities that align with CRA goals, fostering positive local relationships.
