Full Job Description
Omega Morgan is expanding in Texas, and we're looking for a Branch Manager to help establish and lead a new operation. This is a greenfield opportunity, but not a blank sheet of paper. Omega Morgan already has a proven culture, operating model, technical capability, and way of doing business. Your job is to bring that foundation into a new market: build the team, develop customer relationships, establish strong operating rhythms, and create an operation that can grow.
You'll have real responsibility for what happens next.
What You'll Own
• Establishing and leading the new Central Texas operation.
• Branch performance across safety, operations, sales, people, and profitability.
• Bringing Omega Morgan operating practices and culture successfully into a new market.
• Building the local team and developing strong leadership and accountability.
• P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, resource allocation, and margin protection.
• Customer relationships and business development throughout the market.
• Project readiness, manpower planning, backlog review, and operational performance.
• Coordination between sales, operations, field teams, and customers.
• Creating a visible, practical safety culture built around proactive risk identification and follow-through.
• Building an operation capable of sustainable long-term growth.
Here's What's Required
• 5+ years of operations, project, or branch leadership experience in industrial services.
• Direct experience in rigging, heavy haul, crane, machinery moving, logistics, or a closely related operating environment.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated safety leadership.
• Experience leading field crews, supervisors, project managers, salespeople, or cross-functional operating teams.
• Strong customer-development, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make good decisions in a fast-moving operating environment.
• Ability to travel within the market and work extended hours when operational needs require it.
You'll Need to Be Able To
• Earn credibility with field teams and executives alike.
• Build a team without creating a culture disconnected from Omega Morgan.
• Turn company strategy into practical local execution.
• Develop customers while protecting operational and financial performance.
• Stay calm when plans change.
• Recognize problems early and take ownership.
You'll Probably Thrive Here If
You like building things-but you don't need to reinvent everything just to make it yours.
You know that good leadership means being visible.
You're comfortable moving between a jobsite, a customer conversation, a staffing decision, and a P&L review.
You get satisfaction from looking back at something substantial and knowing you helped make it happen.
THE REQUIREMENT
Strong presence: visible, respected, and calm under pressure.
THE TRANSLATION
You can walk onto a difficult day at a jobsite, understand what's happening, and help the team move forward.
Plain and Simple
This is not a branch you manage from a distance.
You'll be establishing a new operation in a new market, and people will look to you for direction-employees, customers, and the larger Omega Morgan organization.
You'll have support and a proven company behind you. You'll also have real accountability for what gets built.
