What you will enjoy doing*- You will coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting
- Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde's Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment
- You will play a key role in guiding staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer-centered service
- Provide proactive and ongoing training and development, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution
- Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives
What makes you great - High school diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred
- You will have 2+ years of retail sales experience, along with 2+ years of management experience, bringing a strong foundation in customer engagement and team leadership
- A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past ten (10) years is required
