Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute branch sales strategy, including customer growth, territory management, and performance tracking
  • Oversee service operations by supporting the Service Manager to ensure high-quality, timely customer delivery
  • Provide leadership and support for capital projects, including installation and commissioning activities
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including logistics, tools, materials, and health & safety compliance
  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, warranty management, and bad debt oversight
  • Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team, including hiring and talent development
  • Strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within the region
  • Implement and advance regional strategic plans aligned with company growth objectives


Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 4-6 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a focus on team development
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and market dynamics
  • Proven experience in sales management and customer relationship development
  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute long-term growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
