Salary Range between $85,000-$105,000/year + Performance-Based Incentive Opportunities

Branch Manager - Spring Valley, MN

This is an opportunity to guide a diverse team across warehouse, office, and customer-facing functions while shaping a culture of safety, respect, and operational excellence.

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead branch teams across warehouse, operations, and administrative functions
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory processes, including receiving, storage, shipping, and delivery
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements to drive productivity and profitability
  • Maintain facility and equipment to support safe and efficient operations
  • Collaborate with leadership to support company goals and strategic initiatives

What you'll bring:

Work hours would be 7 AM-4:30 PM; overtime as required to meet expectations/deadlines

The physical demands of this role include performing tasks in a warehouse and office environment that may involve standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials or equipment as part of daily operations. The position may occasionally require lifting or moving items up to 75 pounds, operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and working in a fast-paced setting with varying temperatures.
