Full Job Description
The Branch Director serves as the designated administrator with administrative control over daily operations, fiscal oversight, and the overall direction of home health services provided under the agency's Medicare certification.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all daily operations and ensure the effective use of resources.
  • Manage branch expenditures and oversee the budget to ensure growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with the Sales Leader and Director of Professional Services / Director of Nursing to align goals across
    sales, clinical, and operational teams.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary care team meetings to update patient care plans, share information, and solve problems.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and termination of staff.
  • Ensure personnel records are maintained in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee staff orientation and ongoing education to maintain compliance with agency policy and regulatory
    training requirements.
  • Demonstrate collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and all applicable federal
    and state regulations.
  • Complete reporting obligations to AHCA, CMS, and the accrediting body, and produce financial and operational reports for the Governing Body

Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field with relevant experience.
  • Must be a direct employee of the agency, a licensed Registered Nurse or physician, or possess at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a licensed health care facility.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of home health care standards, Medicare CoPs, policies, and reimbursement practices.
