Opportunity OverviewAs the Branch Channel Marketing Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in advancing advisor adoption of marketing capabilities and programs across the organization. Serving as a trusted consultant and strategic partner, you will collaborate with financial advisors, Practice Management, field leaders, and business stakeholders to design and execute impactful enablement campaigns, communications, and change management strategies that drive engagement, utilization, and measurable business outcomes.
Reporting to the Director of National Field Marketing & Experience, this highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence advisor behavior at scale, shape enterprise-wide initiatives, and drive meaningful growth through data-driven marketing enablement strategies.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute advisor enablement and adoption strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and utilization of branch marketing programs and capabilities.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that align marketing, communications, training, and business objectives to drive advisor success.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic programs, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze advisor engagement, adoption trends, utilization metrics, and field feedback to identify opportunities and inform future strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to financial advisors and field leaders by providing consultation, recommendations, and best practices that maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Create and oversee advisor-facing communications, launch plans, success stories, and awareness campaigns that accelerate adoption and behavioral change.
- Partner with Practice Management, Learning & Development, Marketing, and other enterprise teams to deliver impactful enablement resources and training programs.
- Support change management initiatives by developing readiness plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communication approaches that help advisors successfully adopt new capabilities.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to identify barriers, remove obstacles, and improve the advisor experience.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, adoption rates, engagement levels, and business impact, using insights to continuously optimize results.

Position RequirementsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, advisor enablement, field engagement, sales enablement, communications, or change management.
- Experience developing and executing strategic campaigns, communications, or adoption initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience using data, analytics, and reporting to measure performance and inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's Degree.
- Experience within financial services, wealth management, advisor enablement, or large distributed field organizations.
- Knowledge of advisor-client business models, branch operations, and field marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or related enablement technologies.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, change management, or large-scale adoption initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory considerations related to advisor marketing.
