Job Description

We are currently seeking a Retail Performance Manager who will report to the Vice President of Retail Experience as part of our dynamic team in New York.

How you will contribute:
  • Use specialized knowledge of Global Luxury Retail to support, analyze, and drive the company's retail performance across the Americas region to achieve brand objectives, and build strategic action plans grounded in data.
  • Develop and coordinate 360 Go to Market strategies to support brand priorities, both for internal leadership and retail audiences. Coordinate cross-functional development of presentations to support periodic Business Review, New Store Openings/Network Development, and annual Budget presentations for an executive audience. Research competitive performance and best practices to monitor market share and identify opportunities for the brand. Implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Partner with regional retail leadership on weekly forecasting and hindsighting of business. Partner with Finance on semiannual sales and network forecasting. Analyze and reflect on current trends in performance of strategy based on actual sales performance; revise in-season plans for sales and profitability based on current performance and create action plans as needed. Partner with Merchandising, Finance, and HR on inventory control policies and procedures including transfers, stock movements, and distant sales.
  • Analyze sales data and reporting on Key Performance Indicators by associate, by store, and by region. Implement and maintain all projects related to store sales and sales performance management.
  • Study analytics and financial information to identify areas of business opportunity and improve processes using advanced analytics and connecting these opportunities to larger strategic initiatives.
  • Own Retail goal-setting and tracking for the zone. Partner with HR on monthly commission and bonus calculations. Develop retail incentives as needed to boost business.
  • Utilize and develop in-house technology programs and processes to develop and implement data-driven analysis, supporting the company's ability to achieve top and bottom-line targets.
  • Work with local CRM teams to aid in the design, analysis and implementation of company-specific CRM programs and projects across the Americas region. Partner with worldwide CRM and local CRM teams to support analytics initiatives and tailor them to meet the local needs and requirements of the Americas operations and resources.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to identify growth opportunities and business challenges during planning process and working collaboratively to ensure plans meet company objectives. Partner on seasonal product-related KPIs and goals.
  • Manage and develop Senior Retail Business Analyst.


Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of previous work experience in luxury retail management
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as strong knowledge of retail math. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Possess organizational awareness and flexibility
  • Maintain a clear sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing multiple projects


New York Salary Range:

Annual base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 (plus discretionary bonus)
