Responsibilities include;
- The overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our auto body shop operations
- Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume
- Provide a department operating profit and maintains customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses.
- Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitors the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop
- Understands, keeps abreast of and comply with state, federal and local regulations that effects body shop operations
- Excellent communication necessary with strong leadership and management skills

Pay based on experience/qualifications
Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000
