*Salary is based on related experience, certification, education, and bilingual proficiency (when used in the role at least 50% of the time).

🌟 What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to:
🧩 Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
👨👩👧 Partner with children, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes
📚 Provide one-on-one consultation and behavioral support in schools, clinics, and home settings
🎓 Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians while fostering professional growth
📈 Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
📝 Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure quality clinical services
• Minimum Qualifications
🎓 Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
🏅 Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
📱 Reliable access to a mobile phone and internet for off-site work
🚗 Reliable transportation with personal auto insurance meeting minimum required limits (25/50 liability coverage)
🩺 Current TB test (within the past 6 months)
🔍 Ability to successfully pass FBI & DOJ background clearance
🌈 Work Environment
You'll work in a variety of settings, including:

This role may involve:
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Active movement throughout the day
