This is a full-time, on-site role as a
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) serving a school located in
San Mateo, CA. The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.
Job Details- Full-time, school-based opportunity with a 37.5-hour work week
- Provide services to students in middle and high school (grades 6-12)
- 100% in-person position within a collaborative educational setting
- Guaranteed paid hours covering direct services, documentation, report writing, planning, meetings, and other professional responsibilities

- Competitive hourly pay of $70-$90+, with estimated weekly earnings of approximately $2,625-$3,375+ based on a full-time schedule
RequirementsQualifications- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
- Experience working with children
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
