We're looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who's as passionate about meaningful outcomes as they are about building trust with families and growing a team of rockstar RBTs.
This isn't a clipboard-and-go kind of job. You'll be mentoring, creating, collaborating-and yes, changing lives every single day.
What You'll Do:- Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life, not just on paper
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs
- Work with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins
- Ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA
- Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision
What We're Looking For:- BCBA certification (required, of course!)
- Experience working with children or teens with autism
- A heart for families, and a head for data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to ethical care
