Hello from Kids First,

We're offering a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000** per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible** candidates in Utah.

Kids First is expanding - with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states - and we're hiring BCBAs to join our team!

We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA's and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA's in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services.

What You'll Do:
• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3-18).
• Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
• Enjoy flexibility - most sessions take place after school hours, and the position is fully remote.
