Full Job Description
Relocation allowance of up to $10,000 to move to any of our South Florida, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and systematically monitor skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Complete and submit documentation in a timely matter to our billing agency
  • Research the literature related to specific learners' programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
  • Analyze and summarize results of assessments and graphs results as needed
  • Write 6-month progress reports to secure insurance funding
  • Provide staff and caregiver training
  • Facilitate team meetings for a learner every other week
  • Create goals for skill generalization
  • Assist with the implementation of an assigned learner's behavior deceleration plan as needed
  • Create or update data collection system• Be available to answer questions of technicians working on learners' cases
  • Answer emails and phone calls from caregivers
  • Follow up with the caregivers to ensure generalization of learner objectives
  • Adjust and updates to learners' program sheets as skills meet criteria

Education/Experience:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • 2 years' experience in ABA field (Preferred)

HIPAA

Team members are required to adhere to policies and procedures implementing HIPAA requirements for the privacy and security of protected health information. Team members are permitted to use and/or disclose only minimum amount of Protected Health Information necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Reports all suspected violation of company's HIPAA policies or procedures to Human Resources.

Environmental Stewardship and Safety
  • Team members are expected to adhere to facility safety requirements, report unsafe practices or equipment, and, if applicable, use the appropriate protective equipment as needed.
  • Depending on role, and during the daily course of duties, team members may have to lift, twist, pull or push. Team members must be able to manage these activities up to 60 lbs.
  • Any accident or incident must be reported immediately to a member of management for proper recording.
