Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
  • Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

Full Job Description
Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Weekends! WFH options available.
  • We have in-home and in-center opportunities across North Carolina


What You'll Be Doing
