Location: Spring Lake, NCSalary: $90,000-$107,000/year between base salary + monthly bonus opportunitiesFull-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Setting: Outpatient Pediatric ABA Clinic

 

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric outpatient ABA clinic in Spring Lake, NC.

  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
