Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA is a must.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and assist families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers for consistent and quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform treatment choices.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and focus on professional development.
