Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support families' home/community goals
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and consistency
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

Full Job Description
Location: Pinehurst, NC (in-home)
Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
Sign-on bonus available
Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! WFH options available.
What You'll Be Doing

Active BCBA Certification (required)
