Full Job Description
GAMUT Behavioral Services is growing and looking for exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to join our team. We are looking for passionate clinicians who align with our core values of integrity, leadership, and outstanding clinical work.
The position is located throughout the Philadelphia region.

** $5,000 bonus after ($2,500 at 3 months of employment & $2,500 at 6 months of employment)**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Case management focusing on high-quality implementation
  • Training and supervision of staff (1:1 therapists and RBTs)
  • Supporting a culture of clinical excellence
  • Complete VB-MAPP and FBA evaluations
  • Develop behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
  • Collaborate with all members of the client's team and family in a professional manner
  • Work on interdisciplinary teams, including participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, consulting and co-treating with related services, and creating and monitoring IEP or ITP goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum educational requirement is a master's degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) - must be current and in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, including implementation of behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programming for individuals with developmental disorders.
  • Experience in school-based or home settings is highly preferred.
  • Positive team player willing to step in wherever needed
  • Self-disciplined and able to seek out supervision when necessary
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate appropriately under varying conditions
  • Receptive to feedback
  • Strictly adheres to HIPAA and FERPA rules and regulations

ANNUAL COMPENSATION
  • Anticipated annual salary is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
  • Competitive hourly rate plus flexible scheduling allows you to determine your own annual income

SCHEDULE
  • Monday through Friday
  • Day Shift Ranges (Between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm)
  • Self-determined schedule
