One Year Position (26-27 School Year)

Position Summary
The School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supports the development and implementation of effective, evidence-based behavioral and instructional programming for students with diverse needs. The BCBA works collaboratively with school teams to assess student needs, develop and monitor individualized programming, support IEP implementation, analyze student progress, and build staff capacity through consultation, training, coaching, and supervision. The position is intended to promote student access, engagement, independence, and meaningful progress within the least restrictive educational environment.

This position follows the teacher contracted work day (184) plus 5 additional days for a total of 189 days. Days will be prorated based on date of hire.

Key Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits
  • Pay ranges from $58,876.58 per year (Master's Degree, 0 years experience) to $102,823.19 per year (2 Masters or PhD with 20+ years experience), prorated based on start date.
