Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.
Clinical & Administrative Support- Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
- Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance
- Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties
- Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
- BT Managers for performance and operational support
- BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing
Learning & Advancement- Internal CEUs and virtual trainings
- Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings
- Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I-IV
- Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles

Compensation & Productivity- Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month
- Base Salary: $83,100 and $103,800
- Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours
- First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000
Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
