Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. About the Role

As a clinic-based BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
  • Providing caregiver coaching and support
  • Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
  • Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Total Compensation: $98,000-113,000 which includes:
    • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
    • Base Salary: $74,000-$85,000
