Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism.
• Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA methods.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
• Monitor and analyze program effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to optimize client outcomes.
