Hybrid - Telehealth & In-Person | Coachella, CA
$80,000-$95,000/year (DOE) + Monthly Productivity Bonus


We're seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our Coachella team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact.

What You'll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
