BMW of SalemHiring: BMW Certified Technician- Pay: $32.00 to $45.00 flat rate depending on experience, plus production bonuses.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Overtime is also available.

What You'll Do- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW vehicles
- Utilize BMW diagnostic equipment and service procedures
- Accurately document repairs and recommendations
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality repairs
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Stay current with BMW training, certifications, and emerging vehicle technologies
What You'll Bring- BMW Certification (Level 1, 2, 3, or Master Technician preferred)
- 2+ years of working in a dealership environment
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, electrical, and drivability skills
- ASE certifications are ideal but not required
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality repairs
- Ability to learn and adapt to evolving BMW technology
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
