Client Advisors at BMW of Peoria to join our team! We are hiring multiple candidates.

- Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants:
- $500 after 60 days
- $1,000 after 90 days
- $60,000 - $150,000+ annual earning potential your first year
- 5-day work week - CLOSED on Sundays with flexibility for an early day off
- Ability to draw off sister store inventory (over 1,000 used vehicles)

Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Determine customer needs through effective communication and listening
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
- Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand features, warranties, and paperwork
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay up to date on inventory, features, and automotive trends
- Work closely with sales managers, service, and other departments
- Attend sales meetings and manufacturer training
- Maintain accurate records and prospecting systems
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:- Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
