Title:

BLS: Project Manager (Contingency Hire)

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overall program leadership and execution, ensuring contract requirements are met while maintaining strong performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role will provide strategic direction, oversee operational delivery, manage program resources, and serve as the primary customer interface for all program activities. The Project Manager will lead a team of contractor personnel who are technically proficient in conducting monitoring and evaluation activities, and will ensure program outputs are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires an agile leader with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
  • Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. 
  • Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.
  • Responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking services.
  • Acts as the Contractor’s representative ensuring that all task order requirements are met.
  • Responsible for allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.
  • Identify problem areas and respond to mission requirements to perform task order requirements.
  • Plan and manage projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have an Active U.S. Government issued Secret Security Clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment on this contract. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Contracts or related field, or at least ten (10) years of direct experience in project management in lieu of formal education.
  • Must have fifteen (15) years support services and/or facilities management experience with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing such services to large facilities or operations.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license from home of record.
  • Must have satisfactory English proficiency to meet job requirements.
  • Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM), or similar certification.
  • Relevant overseas facilities management experience.
  • Previous international experience and previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions.
  • Experience working with Contractor and experience working for KBR is preferred.
