Sales Executive - Luxury Vacation Ownership
Sedona, Arizona | $150K-$400K+ Earning Potential

Capital Vacations is expanding in Sedona, AZ, and we are seeking elite Sales Executives who excel in high-touch, face-to-face environments and are driven to perform at the highest level.

Compensation & Earnings Potential
  • $150,000-$400,000+ first-year income potential
  • Uncapped commissions up to 18%
  • Accelerated bonus structure (max bonus achievable at ~$110K production)
  • Weekly base pay plus monthly performance bonuses
Your Role
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations showcasing luxury vacation ownership opportunities
  • Quickly build rapport and establish trust with discerning clientele
  • Identify client needs and present tailored financial solutions
  • Execute a proven, high-conversion closing process
