Full Job Description
The Analyst will join a dynamic team working across Blackstone’s global business lines and corporate functions to support the executive office, including the President & Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer on important firm-wide initiatives. The program will work across the investor relations, shareholder relations, strategic relationship management, and capital markets teams. This position involves a two-year commitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ongoing briefing material process for senior management, acting as a primary liaison with internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct research and prep briefing materials for senior management.

  • Assist with ongoing and ad-hoc strategic projects for Executive Office leadership.

  • Requires a willingness to learn and stay apprised of developments within BX, the alternative asset management industry, and global economy.

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and reading skills are essential.

  • Knowledge of alternative asset management industry is preferred.

  • Candidates should be  highly motivated, team-oriented individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Should exhibit strong organization and communications skills.

  • This is a highly visible role internally. Thoughtfulness and attention to detail are critical.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required. Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is preferred.

  • Completed bachelor’s degree.

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $130,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the roleconsist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
