Full Job Description
Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for has a potential need for a BioFabUSA Product Management Support to provide support for our government customer in Frederick, MD at Fort Detrick Army Base.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide project management support to the Government Program Management team for the BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation Institute executed through the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). The Government Program Manager (GPM) serves as the Government Oversight monitoring cost, schedule and performance of the public/private partnership established to advance the manufacturability and scalability of cellular-based tissue engineered medical products, as well as other related areas of biomanufacturing.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather technically complex information for presentation and prepare summaries for review by the GPM and key stakeholders.
  • Work with the GPM, Deputy GPM, and other stakeholders to: assist in the coordination and execution of planned meetings and travel; develop mechanisms to track reporting of patents, publications and partner presentation; gather and disseminate requested data, attend meetings, representing the GPM as needed, and maintain good communications with all parties.
  • Build relationships by providing appropriate responses in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, for all meetings as necessary.
  • Work closely and support the GPM and Government Deputy PM for all workshops, proposal reviews and annual OSD Program Management Reviews.
  • Work with the GPM to support in the planning of travel conference packages, documents and development of budget requests.
  • Work with the GPM to provide reports and documents as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.


REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • Must hold minimum of Bachelor's degree.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have minimum of four (4) years' of relevant experience.
  • Must be willing and able to perform extensive (30-50%) travel to ARMI headquarters, located in Manchester, New Hampshire, and to other locations throughout the United States.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft (MS) Office 365 suite of applications.


REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, born or naturalized; for the purposes of this work Visa and GreenCard holders do not qualify and will not be considered.
  • Must be able to pass a Tier 1 Background Investigation for position of Public Trust.
